Our Farm
In the summer of 2021, we relocated from Davidson to Kannapolis to a property with the following amenities for our clients, students and herd:
Four (4) stalls with windows, mats and ceiling fans
12 foot concrete center aisle with ceiling fans
Wash stall with hot/cold water
Outdoor grooming space with blocker tie rings
Well lit and ventilated tack/feed room
Climate controlled custom detached garage, featuring full bath, kitchenette, and conference/classroom space
60' galvanized round pen
Four (4) large turnout pastures, including dry lot
All turnout enclosed with either three board white vinyl or no climb wire fencing
Two separate equipment and hay barns
Two (2) Pig and goat habitats with separate shelters and no climb wire fencing with pass throughs to horse pasture
Automatic Nelson/Ritchie waterer units in all pastures
Peaceful spring fed creek with sandy beach
